I've just discovered this Tumblr set up by Abby Sian who was one of the girls featured on Diaries of a Broken Mind (http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0377w9h).
Every day she's leaving little messages and quotes in random places in the hope that someone will find it and it'll cheer them up or make them smile!
I thought it was such a lovely idea that I wanted to let you all know about it! It's rare these days to find someone so thoughtful, kind and selfless. So, keep your eyes peeled because you might just be one of the lucky people to find one!
