I’ve chosen to write about today as I really wanted to contribute to the project.

I felt today would be a good day because I feel like I’ve had a few of those recently. A good day for a day that is at least 95% free from any form of anxiety and bad day would be when anxiety is at it’s peak.

When I wake up I first go downstairs to have breakfast, take a shower and then get ready for work.

At work I had to sort a massive pile of files in alphabetical order. Really didn’t want to do that.

Between 9am and 12 I normally go to work, say hi to people at work, make a cup of tea, sometimes have something to eat and go for a run (but that is normally only on Sundays)

Perfect lunch would be a really nice combination of a little bit of fish, chicken, pizza and garlic bread

Between noon and 5 I have learnt part of a new task at work, offered to buy food or drink for someone who was physically unwell, put the files in alphabetical order, made a coffee and helped a colleague try and find a file.

In my evenings I sometimes go for a run with my running club, go to the gym or go and see my grandad. If not I just try to relax at home, catch up on emails and browse the internet.

I often read for a while before I go to sleep.

My favourite part of the day was seeing my work colleagues as they are really nice and I enjoy spending time with them.

I wish that more people from work joined us for lunch rather than just the 2 of us.

I learnt part of the new task that I have at work. My definition of learn is you have found out new information which you did not know before.

I am looking forward to tomorrow as it is the last working day of the week before the weekend and looking forward to seeing my work colleagues.

Tomorrow I plan to go to work and then go to the gym and possibly play table tennis after that.
