Had to fly to London from Paris
Did you have a dream?

List five things that you have done, said, thought, or that have happened between noon and 5pm.
Went to Oxford street and met Kate (A girl I met through Instagram and we met up a few times when she was at uni in Edinburgh and now she has moved back to London we meet up whenever I'm down, we spoke about our shared hatred of a sickly sweet famous vlogger, Kate helped me pick out new make up and I nearly cried when I seen how bad my skin really is at the moment, went to Costa for coffee and then Kate came back to my hotel and done my make-up for the party which I was EXTREMELY grateful for the help with.

Do you eat dinner/tea? If yes, at what time?
Blackberry cocktail in the hotel bar and went back to Whole Foods for pizza all dressed up in black tie on our way to the party.
What would be your perfect dinner?
Venison or Lamb with roast potatoes, vegetables and Yorkshire puddings.
What do you do with your evening (5-8pm)?
Kate done my make-up, went to hotel bar for a cocktail with P, had dinner at Whole Foods and walked to the Engagement party in Knightsbridge (I'm helping to plan the wedding and it's a huge budget), Spoke to lots of people I knew, chatted about a project with Benedict Cumberbatch, ate nibbles, then I started to have a flashback so we left the party early and shared a taxi with a lady who had not one but TWO NANNIES and had to leave because her Husband couldn't cope if one woke up as the nannies were on holiday...Oh how the other half live, I'd love if this was my only worry in the world. We got back to hotel and I was in full blown flashback.
Do you have a 'get-ready-for-bed' routine? If so, what is it?
Normally cup of tea and hot water bottle but not tonight as I'm in a hotel. So I just took my make-up off and went to bed as I was struggling with the flashbacks.
What time do you go to sleep?
About 2am
Is this when you want to go to bed? Or is it influenced by what you're doing the following day?
This is normal for me but due to the flashback I kept waking up
Do you share your bed?
Today I did as P was worried I might do something as it was the longest flashback I have ever had. It lasted in total 18 hours and all the others at the most have been 2-3 hours max, so this kind of scared me.
Which position do you tend to sleep in? e.g. foetus, starfish etc.
Always foetus
Reflect
What was your favourite part of your day?
Seeing Kate
What was your least favourite?
Having a flashback and having to leave the party early.
Did anything happen today that you'd like to change or re-do?
I would love to have stayed at the party longer but sadly it wasn't really an option due to how bad my flashbacks were but I did a good job of hiding it from people at the party and blamed it on a migraine.
Did you 'learn' anything today? (use your own definition of this word to answer the question)
To try and not pack too much in as it can just be too much for me to handle.
Are you looking forward to tomorrow?
Yes and no as I'm not looking forward to flying.
What do you have planned?
Leaving hotel and travelling back home to Edinburgh after 6 nights away.
Thank you for contributing to the series!
Goodnight!
