Good morning!

What time did you wake up?
08:30hrs

Why did you wake up at that time?
I naturally woke up (day off so no alarm!)

Did you have a dream?
I did, about elephants!?

Do you think today will be 'good' or 'bad' day? (use your own definition of these words to answer the question)
A “Good” day, the sun is shining, plans to go to the beach with my dog and plans to do some gardening. Love being outside when the weather is nice and the beach, particularly on the north east coast, it’s one of my favourite places.

What are the first three things you do after waking up?
Go to the toilet, Let the dog out for the toilet and then stick the kettle on for a cup of tea!

Do you eat breakfast? If yes, what did you have?
Yes, always have breakfast which varies depending on how much time I have, today it was cereal with fruit

What would be your perfect breakfast?
Full English as a treat


Is there anything that you have to do today but don't particularly want to?
Hoover my car out as it has half the beach in! cleaning and some general house chores

List five things that you do between 9am and noon. 
1. drink tea
2. check emails, text, calls
3. read or watch the news
4. walk the dog
5. house chores and washing

Did you eat lunch? If yes, what did you eat?
Yes, always try to eat lunch, today it was a prawn salad

What would be your perfect lunch?
That’s one of my favs to be honest

List five things that you have done, said, thought, or that have happened between noon and 5pm. 
1. went to the beach with a friend and the dog
2. said I was pleased I had recently joined a running club to keep me motivated
3. thought about a good friend who has an operation later this week
4. thought about visiting my parents and then remembered they were out at a social event!
5. said I would go away for the weekend with some friends and I would organise flights. 

Do you eat dinner/tea? If yes, at what time?
Yes, I had dinner at 19:30hrs

What do you eat?
Lasagne and salad

What would be your perfect dinner?
Filet steak with chips and salad

What do you do with your evening (5-8pm)?
Replied to some work emails and clarified my diary plans for the week ahead then watched some TV

Do you have a 'get-ready-for-bed' routine? If so, what is it?
Let dog out, Bath or shower, clean teeth, sometimes read

What time do you go to sleep?
10pm-ish 

Is this when you want to go to bed? Or is it influenced by what you're doing the following day?
I am generally tired by this time but I would manage to stay up a little later if I had no early plans the next morning

Do you share your bed?
Not if I can help it, ha

Which position do you tend to sleep in? e.g. foetus, starfish etc.
