Why have you chosen to write about today? First day of the month, a fresh start!
Good morning!
What time did you wake up?
9am
Why did you wake up at that time?
I had a few things to sort out in the morning
Did you have a dream?
I had a dream! It involved the concert that I went to last Friday!
Do you think today will be 'good' or 'bad' day? (use your own definition of these words to answer the question)
I feel it may be a good day, it’s started out well!
What are the first three things you do after waking up?
1. Check my phone – bad habit!!!

3. Morning medication
Do you eat breakfast? If yes, what did you have?
I had coco-pops today!
What would be your perfect breakfast?
A full English breakfast, no tomatoes and no mushrooms, accompanied with a flat white!
Is there anything that you have to do today but don't particularly want to?
I have to do some therapy homework, write positive things about each day which is hard for me
List five things that you do between 9am and noon.
1. Read

Do you eat dinner/tea? If yes, at what time?
It was around 5:30pm today
What do you eat?
Corned Beef Hash, a family recipe consisting of mash, onion, carrots and corned beef all mashed up together. It is HEAVEN!

A nice burger, with sweet potato fries!
What do you do with your evening (5-8pm)?
I tend to wind down with reading or some Netflix
Goodnight!
Do you have a 'get-ready-for-bed' routine? If so, what is it?
I take my night medication around half an hour before I go to sleep as it helps me sleep, I set my alarm and do some light reading
What time do you go to sleep?
Depends if I’m in work, if so it depends on the shift. Also, varies from 8-10pm. If I’m not in work, I tend to go sleep at about 11/12pm
Is this when you want to go to bed? Or is it influenced by what you're doing the following day?
Work influences when I need to go to bed
Do you share your bed?
Nope
Which position do you tend to sleep in? e.g. foetus, starfish etc.
I sleep in a foetal position, knees up to my chest. I have been I move a lot in my sleep though! I’ve woke up with my duvet on the other side of my room before!
Reflection
What was your favourite part of your day?
I enjoyed my breakfast and reading straight after it
What was your least favourite?
Doing my homework/self-care stuff for therapy, it tends to be difficult
Did anything happen today that you'd like to change or re-do?
I would like to re-do my therapy stuff but try and put myself in a different mood beforehand, it may have helped
Did you 'learn' anything today? (use your own definition of this word to answer the question)
I learnt quite a lot through reading, especially some words I’ve never heard of before!
Are you looking forward to tomorrow?
Yes!
What do you have planned?
I need to pick up my medication so that gives me an excuse to go to Starbucks and chill there for the rest of the day with my laptop and my kindle!
