One: Do something that makes you happy.
Two: Laugh. Not just a giggle or a snort. Watch a funny video, think of something stupid and have a laugh that comes from your belly and goes into your heart.
Three: Look after yourself. Whether that means using a gazillion beauty products, eating what you like, going for a run or having a nap; do it! Give your body (and mind) the treatment it deserves.
Four: Talk through whatever is troubling you with someone you trust and who can help. Tell them everything. If you're unsure what is the problem; thrash out recent events to discover where the issue is. Let them help. Ask for (and accept) their advice. Let yourself become unburdened with the act of sharing- and halving! your problem.
Five: Do something nice for someone else. Make someone you care about smile. Or do a random act of kindness for a complete stranger. Let it make you feel like a good person.
