The routines in my personal life & work:


07/01/2018 – 14/01/2018



Monday 1pm – 5pm – Richmond Fellowship support session



Wednesday – sleep at Mum’s from 7pm



Thursday – 1:30pm – 2:30pm = Listening Ear & Positive Support (LEAPS) voluntary work as Advertising Assistant



When I first wake up = Dolly’s food, Pixie’s cage, food and water, cereal, brew, & meds



Night-time = meds, feed Dolly and fresh water, feed Pixie, take off my makeup, do some work, Bailey’s, take my sleeping tablet, & read



Ronnie stays Friday, Saturday, & Sunday nights every week



R walks me to Mum’s at 6:45pm every Wednesday
