What time did you wake up? 

7.30am 

Why did you wake up at that time? 

I always set an alarm so that I can do a morning Instagram post and head to the gym plus get some emails done before the world starts 

Did you have a dream? 

I can’t remember! I can never remember my dreams! 

Do you think today will be 'good' or 'bad' day? (use your own definition of these words to answer the question)

I always try and wake up assuming it’s gonna be a good day. There is good in every day and rainy days make flowers. Sometimes I wake up and external factors mean my day could be bad, but I try and see the positives in every day now. I read a book that said, ‘most of us focus on what’s wrong, and what we don’t have, rather than on what’s right and what we do have’ and I’m trying to wake up with that mind set


What are the first three things you do after waking up? 

Brush my teeth, eat my breakfast and check my phone 

Do you eat breakfast? If yes, what did you have? 

It depends on the day, today was peanut butter on sour dough toast with banana and raspberries with a drink of Vita Coco Coconut water 

What would be your perfect breakfast?

I love beans on toast I’m so boring, but I also love healthy waffles with healthy Nutella from a place called Farmacy in London!

Is there anything that you have to do today but don't particularly want to? 

Catching up on admin work

List five things that you do between 9am and noon. 

1. Drink water 

2. Try to go to the gym

4. Eat breakfast 

5. Speak to my boyfriend 

Did you eat lunch? If yes, what did you eat? 


Not yet but I will probably have a jacket potato with tuna  
What would be your perfect lunch? 

I love healthy pancakes or a BLT sandwich

1. More emails

3. Tried to catch up on my work 

4. Gone to the gym

Do you eat dinner/tea? If yes, at what time? 

No, not yet - I usually have a stir fry or pasta 

What do you eat?

Tonight, might be a healthy curry 

What would be your perfect dinner?

 I love eating out and have so many favourite restaurants, it depends what mood I’m in 

What do you do with your evening (5-8pm)? 

Work! I usually work 8am-10pm minimum

Do you have a 'get-ready-for-bed' routine? If so, what is it? 

I put my hair on my head, take my make up off. I use a variety of skincare. 

What time do you go to sleep? 

Usually 1am-2am as I stay up working late 


Is this when you want to go to bed? Or is it influenced by what you're doing the following day? 

Yeah, I sadly always go to bed that late 

Do you share your bed?

With my boyfriend
